Across his career, Ashraf has helped deliver dozens of healthcare projects — from care management and EHR to senior-living platforms that pull together CRM, electronic health records, medication administration, and health information exchange in one place. He holds the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) and is a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
