About

Batool is a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at INNERLUXES, where she designs and operates the multi-cloud environments that customer products run on. With more than six years in IT, she works across AWS and Azure to build foundations that stay available, scale on demand, and keep costs under control.

Her focus is the part of the stack people only notice when it breaks. She architects networks, compute, and storage for high availability, plans for failure before it happens, and tunes capacity so teams pay for what they actually use rather than what they guessed they might need.

Security runs through everything she builds. She treats infrastructure as code, applies least-privilege access by default, and bakes monitoring, encryption, and recovery into a platform from day one — so reliability and protection are properties of the system, not afterthoughts bolted on later.

Working closely with engineering and delivery teams, Batool turns cloud requirements into environments that move fast without cutting corners. The result is infrastructure customers can trust: resilient under load, predictable in cost, and secure enough to grow on.

A good cloud foundation should feel invisible. My aim is infrastructure that stays up when it matters, scales without drama, costs no more than it should, and is secure by default — so the people building on top of it can just build.
