Malik defines how AI is adopted across the organization: where generative and agentic systems create durable advantage, how enterprise architecture is shaped to support them at scale, and what governance keeps that adoption ethical, secure, and compliant. He establishes the guardrails — data handling, model evaluation, oversight, and accountability — that let teams move quickly without trading away safety or auditability.

On priority engagements he stays hands-on, acting as AI consultant and architect from first principles through production. He guides cross-functional AI and ML teams across the full path from research and experimentation to hardened, deployed systems, and pairs that with deep enterprise architecture leadership so AI fits cleanly into the wider technology landscape rather than sitting beside it.
