An Insurance IT Consultant and Lead Business Analyst on the INNERLUXES team, she translates how carriers, brokers, and insurtechs actually work into clear, buildable requirements — so the software fits the business, not the other way around.

As a lead business analyst, Naseema studies a client's processes, finds the pain points, and turns them into precise requirements and acceptance criteria. She has guided major projects across insurance digital transformation — from underwriting and policy administration to claims and billing — keeping scope, terminology, and edge cases under control from the very first workshop.

Her domain knowledge runs deep. Naseema helps INNERLUXES's insurance clients digitally transform claims processing, policy management, compliance monitoring, and underwriting, and supports insurtech and SaaS teams as they take a product from concept to a working solution — including the rating and calculation logic that has to be exactly right, every time.

She keeps risk and compliance built in, not bolted on, and works closely with engineers to bring insurance analytics and AI into the workflow in ways that stay explainable and audit-ready. Her job is to make sure no important functionality is omitted and that every number a system produces can be trusted.
