As a Power Platform Consultant at INNERLUXES, she builds efficient collaboration and automation solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, turning the manual, repetitive work that quietly drains a team's day into low-code apps and automated workflows that simply run.

With more than six years in IT, Nimra starts every engagement with the business, not the technology. She sits with the people doing the work, maps how information actually moves, and finds the steps where time leaks away. From there she designs Power Apps and Power Automate flows that replace manual handoffs, pull data from SharePoint and Microsoft 365 where it already lives, and use Dataverse when a solution needs structured, governed data behind it.

Her focus is solutions teams can trust and keep using. Nimra integrates new apps with existing Microsoft 365 tools rather than bolting on yet another disconnected system, and she keeps a careful eye on governance, naming, environments, and maintainability so that what she ships stays stable as it grows. She also works closely with the people on the ground, enabling citizen developers to confidently extend and adjust their own solutions without losing control of quality or compliance.
