Nosheen is a DevOps Engineer at INNERLUXES, where she builds and maintains the continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines that move code from a developer's machine into production safely and quickly. With more than six years in IT, she has grown into the kind of engineer teams lean on when they want releases to be predictable rather than stressful.

Her day-to-day work centres on automation. She defines and manages infrastructure as code, so environments are version-controlled, repeatable, and easy to recreate instead of being configured by hand. She handles cloud automation across AWS and Azure, scripting the provisioning, scaling, and monitoring that keep services healthy without constant manual intervention.

Nosheen also works closely with containerization and orchestration, packaging applications into containers and running them through orchestration platforms so they deploy consistently from one environment to the next. By wiring testing, security checks, and deployment steps directly into the pipeline, she helps her teams ship smaller changes more often, with less risk and faster recovery when something goes wrong.

What she cares about most is reliability that people can trust. She would rather invest the time to automate a process once than watch a team repeat it under pressure, and she measures her work by how calm and routine a release becomes for everyone around her.
