With more than 8 years in software testing, he plans, structures, and steers complex test efforts so that quality is built into a product from the first sprint rather than chased at the end.

His core work is helping INNERLUXES customers find and fix the weak spots in how they assure quality. Rao reviews existing QA processes, identifies the inefficiencies that quietly slow teams down and let defects through, and reshapes the way testing is planned, executed, and measured. The goal is always practical: fewer surprises late in delivery, clearer reporting, and a process the team can actually sustain.
