As Head of Technology and Competency Development at INNERLUXES, he leads the Technology and Competency Center of Excellence, the unit that turns strong specialists into high-performing teams ready for real client work.

Yasir owns the full cycle of talent development across INNERLUXES's financial IT practice — rigorous technical assessment during hiring, tailored growth paths and mentorship, and structured performance reviews. He makes sure the skills the company builds are the skills clients actually need, from software engineering to data analytics and consulting, so teams ramp up fast and deliver consistently.

He also sits close to delivery. Working with project leaders and resource managers, Yasir matches the right people to the right opportunities — keeping onboarding smooth, ramp-up minimal, and quality steady from the first sprint. The result is a bench that scales with demand without ever diluting standards.

Alongside the CoE, Yasir remains a hands-on financial IT principal consultant. He leads scoping and requirements for major banking, investment, and payments initiatives, advising clients on digital transformation, risk and compliance, and customer-facing experience — and mentoring analysts through complex, regulated builds.
