On the INNERLUXES team, Zain helps align delivery with the standards clients actually answer to. He has been central to strengthening the company's quality and security management — work that underpins INNERLUXES's quality and information-security standards — and he builds reusable control sets and traceability checklists so requirements like HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH, and PCI DSS are handled the same disciplined way on every project.

As a Compliance Officer, Zain writes corporate compliance guides and runs internal audits, keeping the organization aligned with evolving regulations and certification frameworks. In information security and privacy, he leads the practices that protect client data by design — so security and privacy are built in, not bolted on.

Beyond internal governance, Zain helps INNERLUXES clients set up and refine their own compliance processes, prepare technical documentation, and pass regulatory submissions. He has guided projects through demanding landscapes — including medical device software that had to meet multiple safety standards and required extensive submission documentation for approval.
