About the Client

The Client is a European company specializing in the development and distribution of adhesives. After acquiring another producer, it became one of the largest companies in its market in Europe.

The Challenge

Following the acquisition, the Client needed to integrate the administrative structures of both companies and optimize their internal processes without major impact on business activities. The consolidated company also aspired to centralize and integrate the operations of its wholesale business within one system.

The Solution

The Client decided to use SharePoint as a platform for integrating business activities within an enterprise portal, and chose INNERLUXES as its outsourcing partner for the custom SharePoint solution.

The Client had previously used Ektron CMS for web content management, so INNERLUXES designed the new SharePoint portal to resemble the Ektron environment, allowing employees of the consolidated company to quickly and easily adapt to the new system.

This approach ensured smooth integration and management of all project activities at a custom workplace.
