The Client is a large real estate company with more than 100 offices across the country, providing full-scale real estate services including development, investment consulting, brokerage, rentals, and sales.

Five Aging, Undocumented .NET Websites

The Client operated five .NET websites, each serving a distinct real estate segment — Apartments, Countryside Real Estate, New Buildings, Rental, and Commercial Property. The performance of these legacy sites had degraded over the years, prompting a revamp, but the work was complicated by the complete lack of technical documentation. The Client entrusted INNERLUXES with the revamp despite the absence of specifications.

Reverse Engineering and a PHP Rebuild

Using the data available on the sites and data feeds from the federal real estate database, the team built new websites on a PHP stack. INNERLUXES also created a promo-site constructor — a CMS component that automatically generates profile pages for the registered real estate agents.
