About
Good software is built on good processes. As Software Development Process Manager at INNERLUXES, Aleezy Khan designs, supervises and continuously improves the enterprise software engineering processes that the company's delivery teams rely on every day. His focus is simple to state and hard to do well: make the way work flows through the organization clear, repeatable and dependable, so quality is the default outcome rather than a happy accident.
Aleezy keeps those processes aligned with software engineering best practice and with the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, mapping each stage of delivery to defined controls, quality gates and review points. He treats a standard not as paperwork but as a working contract for how the organization should behave — translating it into checklists, templates and audit-ready evidence that teams can actually follow without slowing down.
Much of his work happens at the seams between departments. Aleezy integrates the workflows of engineering, quality assurance, project management and presales so that a request, a requirement or a defect moves from one team to the next without friction or lost context. Where two functions used to hand off by email and goodwill, he puts a defined, measurable process in its place — and then watches the metrics to make sure it holds.
He also helped develop the company's presales process to maturity, shaping how early client conversations, scoping and estimation feed cleanly into delivery. By connecting presales to engineering from the first conversation, he makes sure the promises made to a client are the promises the delivery teams are actually set up to keep.
A process in software engineering only really works when it is solidly integrated with the others around it in the pipeline — an excellent stage in isolation still fails the moment work crosses a broken seam.
