About

Most projects do not fail at the build stage — they fail much earlier, in the gap between what a client imagines and what is actually written down. Closing that gap is Junaid Khan's craft. As Lead Business Analyst, R&D and Presales Consultant at INNERLUXES, he turns high-level client ideas into clear, testable requirements and a solution vision that engineering teams can deliver against with confidence.

Junaid sits at the front of the delivery lifecycle. In presales, he works with prospective clients to understand the real problem behind the request, shape the scope, and frame a solution that is both ambitious and buildable. He translates loose business goals into structured requirements — user needs, constraints, acceptance criteria — so that nothing important is assumed and nothing critical is left to interpretation once development begins.

A large part of his work lives in research and development. Junaid explores how advanced technologies — augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and blockchain among them — can be applied to solve concrete business problems rather than chase trends. He prototypes ideas, pressure-tests feasibility, and designs solution architectures that hold up against real-world budgets, timelines, and integration realities, bringing innovation into the conversation without losing sight of what can actually ship.

He works across cross-functional R&D teams, connecting business stakeholders with engineers, designers, and architects so that everyone is solving the same problem in the same direction. Alongside this, Junaid mentors junior business analysts — coaching them on requirements engineering, stakeholder communication, and the discipline of asking better questions earlier. His goal on every engagement is simple: a solution vision that is clear enough to estimate, realistic enough to deliver, and valuable enough to be worth building.

A solution that looks perfect on paper but cannot be delivered within the client's real budget, timeline, and constraints is not a solution at all — it is a risk dressed up as one, and my job is to catch it before it ever reaches the build.
