About the Role
INNERLUXES is looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and maintain the cloud infrastructure powering our client projects. You'll build robust CI/CD pipelines, manage container orchestration, and ensure production environments are secure, scalable, and highly available. This role is central to how we deliver reliable software at speed.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment across multiple environments
- Manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS) for microservice-based architectures
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack
- Enforce security best practices including secret management, IAM policies, and vulnerability scanning
- Automate routine operational tasks and develop internal tooling to accelerate developer workflows
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, reliability, and deployment frequency
- Maintain disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and incident response procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure role
- Deep expertise with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront) or Azure equivalent services
- Strong proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPC, DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS)
- Familiarity with security scanning tools and compliance frameworks
Nice to Have
- AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Professional certification
- Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway)
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
