About the Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for INNERLUXES and our clients. You'll drive measurable growth through SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media, using data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO, PPC, and content marketing campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ad campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and Search Console
- Develop content calendars and coordinate with content creators
- A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns
- Report on KPIs and ROI to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in SEO and SEM/PPC campaigns
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Content marketing and copywriting abilities
- Social media management experience
- Understanding of CRO and funnel optimization

- Experience with marketing for SaaS or tech companies
- Video marketing and YouTube advertising
- Marketing strategy for B2B
- CRM management (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
