Mobile App Developer (Flutter / React Native)

About the Role

INNERLUXES is looking for a Mobile App Developer experienced in Flutter or React Native to build cross-platform mobile applications for clients in healthcare, fintech, and e-commerce. You'll own the mobile development lifecycle from prototyping to App Store / Play Store deployment, ensuring high-quality experiences across iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, performant mobile interfaces with smooth animations
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and third-party SDKs (payments, analytics, push notifications)
• Implement state management patterns (BLoC, Riverpod, Redux) for scalable app architecture
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app stability across devices
• Manage App Store and Google Play submission processes
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption
• Collaborate with backend engineers and designers throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience with Flutter or React Native
• Published applications on the App Store and/or Google Play
• Strong understanding of mobile UI patterns, navigation, and platform-specific design guidelines
• Experience with state management solutions appropriate to the chosen framework
• Familiarity with native platform concepts for platform channel or bridging work
• Knowledge of mobile testing strategies and tools
• Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and agile development processes
• Understanding of app performance profiling and optimization techniques

Nice to Have

• Experience with both Flutter and React Native
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics)
• Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Codemagic, Bitrise)
• Experience with offline-first architectures and local storage (Hive, SQLite, Realm)
• Background in native iOS or Android development
