About the Role
INNERLUXES is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver complex software projects on time and within budget. You'll manage the full project lifecycle across multiple client engagements — from requirement gathering and sprint planning to delivery and retrospectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 3-5 concurrent software development projects from initiation to delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
- Run agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and engineering teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
- Track and report project progress using metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitability targets are met
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA leads to ensure quality delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in an agency or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks
- Technical background — ability to understand system architecture, API integrations, and deployment processes
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, Notion)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with distributed/remote team management across multiple time zones
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with development workflows (Git, CI/CD, code reviews)
- Background as a software developer or QA engineer
- Familiarity with SOW/contract management and client negotiations
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource capacity planning tools
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA)
