About the Role
We're hiring a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex software development projects for INNERLUXES clients. You'll manage project lifecycles from discovery to delivery, coordinate between stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development projects
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between design, development, QA, and DevOps teams
- Manage client communication, expectations, and reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprints, retrospectives)
- Track project metrics, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing distributed/remote teams
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Budget management and resource planning experience
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
Nice to Have
- Technical background in software development
- Experience with enterprise clients
- Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
- Risk management certification
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
