INNERLUXES / Management

Remote — Worldwide Full-time Competitive salary Senior Level 5+ years exp

About the Role

INNERLUXES is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver complex software projects on time and within budget. You'll manage the full project lifecycle across multiple client engagements — from requirement gathering and sprint planning to delivery and retrospectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and people leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 3-5 concurrent software development projects from initiation to delivery
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
  • Run agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and engineering teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
  • Track and report project progress using metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
  • Manage project budgets and ensure profitability targets are met
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA leads to ensure quality delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in an agency or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks
  • Technical background — ability to understand system architecture, API integrations, and deployment processes
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, Notion)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with distributed/remote team management across multiple time zones
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with development workflows (Git, CI/CD, code reviews)
  • Background as a software developer or QA engineer
  • Familiarity with SOW/contract management and client negotiations
  • Experience with budget forecasting and resource capacity planning tools
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance bonuses
  • 100% remote work — work from anywhere in the world
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • $3,000/year learning & certification budget
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible working hours
  • Lead exciting projects across diverse industries
