QA Automation Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to design and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies for INNERLUXES client projects. You'll build and maintain test frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, ensuring the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Write and maintain end-to-end, integration, and unit tests
- Create and execute API test suites (Postman, REST Assured)
- Set up CI/CD test pipelines with automated reporting
- Perform mobile testing (Appium, Detox)
- Collaborate with developers on testability and quality
- Define QA processes, test plans, and documentation
- Track and report defects, coverage metrics, and quality KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years QA automation experience
- Expert in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SuperTest)
- Programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
- CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Mobile testing tools (Appium)
- Test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Nice to Have
- Performance testing (JMeter, k6, Gatling)
- Security testing basics (OWASP)
- BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
- Cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
- ISTQB certification
