About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to architect and build scalable web applications from frontend to backend. You'll lead feature development across the entire stack, mentor junior developers, and work closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality digital products for our global clients. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, server-side development, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks
  • Architect scalable backend services with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
  • Build responsive, accessible, and performant frontend interfaces
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production code
  • Write clean, well-tested, and documented code following best practices
  • Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Strong experience with backend frameworks (Express, NestJS, or similar)
  • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Next.js, Remix, or other React meta-frameworks
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
  • Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
  • Knowledge of WebSocket, real-time data streaming, or pub/sub patterns
  • Open-source contributions or a strong portfolio of personal projects
