About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture and implementation of end-to-end web applications for INNERLUXES clients across SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce. You'll own features from database schema to pixel-perfect UI, mentor mid-level engineers, and drive technical decisions that shape the product roadmap. This is a high-impact role where your code ships to hundreds of thousands of users.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js or Python on the backend
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas for performance and scalability
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma mockups into responsive, accessible interfaces
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints consumed by web and mobile clients
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to ensure reliable deployments
  • Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and client-facing technical workshops
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full application stack

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
  • Strong proficiency in React or Next.js and at least one server-side language (Node.js, Python, or TypeScript)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and security best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GraphQL and Apollo
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Familiarity with micro-frontend or micro-services architecture
  • Knowledge of Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tooling
  • Prior experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment
