About the Role

We're hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered digital experiences for INNERLUXES clients. You'll own the full design process — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. You'll work across web, mobile, and SaaS products, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ship exceptional interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes
  • Design and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team culture and processes
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and accessibility standards (WCAG)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong prototyping skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing tools
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate developer collaboration
  • Excellent visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie)
  • Experience with design tokens and design-to-code workflows
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for measuring design impact
  • Background in branding or graphic design
