UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications at INNERLUXES. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients to translate business requirements into beautiful, user-friendly designs that delight users and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications in Figma
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis
• Build and maintain UI component libraries
• Collaborate with frontend developers on implementation
• Design responsive layouts for multiple screen sizes
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Iterate based on user feedback and usability testing

Requirements

• 2+ years UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma (required) and other design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Excellent visual communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Animation and micro-interaction design
• User research and usability testing experience
• Illustration or icon design skills
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
