UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft beautiful, intuitive digital experiences for INNERLUXES clients. You'll own the end-to-end design process — from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Working alongside developers and product managers, you'll ensure every pixel serves a purpose and every interaction feels natural. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Build and maintain scalable design systems with reusable components and tokens
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
• Excellent visual design skills — typography, color theory, spacing, and layout
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design and micro-interaction animation (Framer Motion, After Effects)
• Familiarity with design-to-code tools (Framer, Webflow, or similar)
• Knowledge of design tokens and multi-brand design system architecture
• Experience designing for SaaS products or enterprise applications
• Illustration or icon design skills
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows
