How INNERLUXES Approaches Post-Launch Care Differently
Many vendors ship and walk away. We run thorough testing before every release and stay accountable long after go-live.
What the market often does: Many vendors ship the product and walk away — no warranty, no follow-up, no accountability.
What you get with INNERLUXES: We run thorough testing before every release. A one-month warranty window lets us fix critical issues quickly — at no extra cost to you.
What the market often does: Some teams reserve post-launch coverage only for their biggest or most profitable clients.
What you get with INNERLUXES: Every client gets the same standard warranty, regardless of project size. That is not a perk — it is how we work.
What the market often does: Others apply a one-size-fits-all warranty that ignores how different projects actually are.
What you get with INNERLUXES: We tailor warranty conditions to your specific project — pricing model, service type, and software complexity all factor in.
What the market often does: Warranty terms are buried in fine print, leaving clients unsure what is actually covered.
What you get with INNERLUXES: And 68 delivered projects behind us, our post-launch policy is clear, honest, and written in plain language.
INNERLUXES Post-Launch Policy
Warranty terms are set individually for every project. For fixed-price engagements, the standard arrangement is a one-month post-launch period during which we resolve critical or major defects free of charge.*
To be transparent with you, here is what the warranty does not cover:
Functional changes requested after sign-off
We invest heavily in requirements engineering to make sure every feature fits your needs before a single line of code is written. Once you approve the functional specification, any new scope is handled as a separate, billable arrangement.
Delivery of new features
We would love to keep growing your product with you — and many clients do continue with us long after launch. Evolving the software is simply a new engagement, not something covered under the original warranty.
Issues caused by incorrect software use
Unexpected behavior is not always a bug. We provide user guides and hands-on training so your team knows how to use the product correctly from the start.
Issues introduced by third-party changes
If another team modifies the codebase after delivery, we cannot be responsible for what breaks as a result. Your warranty stays intact as long as the software is operated as handed over.

Work with a Team That Treats Quality as Standard, Not Optional
At INNERLUXES, quality is built into every stage of delivery — not bolted on at the end. Our 132+ in-house IT professionals follow structured QA practices throughout the entire development lifecycle.
The post-launch warranty is the final layer of that process. It gives us a real-world window to verify the software performs exactly as specified — with actual users, in actual conditions.
Testing before release
Every release goes through manual and automated testing cycles before it reaches production.
Metrics from day one
Quality metrics are defined before we write code — not invented after something breaks.
Client stays in control
You are in full control throughout. No surprises, no hidden decisions, no end-of-month shocks.
Post-launch window
The warranty gives us a real-world validation window with actual users in actual conditions.
Rapid defect response
Critical issues during the warranty period are addressed quickly, without billing disputes or delays.
68 projects shipped
Our process has been refined across 68 delivered projects — it works because it has been tested at scale.
A note from our team: The post-launch warranty is not a safety net for cutting corners during development — it is a final commitment that confirms our work. We ship clean, tested software; the warranty is proof of that confidence. Let’s build this together →

“What sets us apart isn’t a single tool or framework — it’s discipline. We combine automated and manual testing in every cycle, define quality metrics before we write code, and keep the client in full control the whole way. The post-launch warranty is the natural outcome of that approach — not a fallback.
